The Directors of Curve Outplacement are Jeanette Ramsden and Lyndsey Underhill.

Jeanette ‘Netty’ Ramsden

Her rapid and strong progression through the world of business is mirrored with her formal education, including qualifications from the British Psychological Society. As HR Director for Liberata, a major outsource provider, she was part of the executive team responsible for doubling the size of the business. As well as being a qualified coach, she has extensive experience working with Government, Financial Services, Outsourcing and Consultancy businesses.

Lyndsey Underhill

A high-flyer in the world of Financial Services, Lyndsey spent ten years working in the Banking and Insurance sectors and in the last few years, she held a number of senior positions across Barclays Bank's Global Retail and Corporate Banking divisions. Her experience is International, having worked in Africa, Spain, France, Germany and Italy as well as all regions of the UK.

With a very strong network across Banking, Consultancy and the Financial Services sector in general, Lyndsey is able to share her industry perspective and knowledge with individuals supported by Curve and facilitate senior-level networking and advice across the sectors.
